REGISTRATION FORM

The FHW Lottery Registration is now CLOSED. You may still register for FHW but your name will be added to the bottom of the waiting list. Thank you for your interest in FHW 2024.

The general application window is May 3, 2024, 4 PM ET to May 12, 2024, 4 PM ET.

Each person applying for participation must submit their own registration form.

Once you submit your registration form, you should receive a confirmation email (confirmation of application only). If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam folder. If you have any issues, please e-mail the registrar at gail.amc.fhw.registrar@gmail.com.

On May 12, 2024, at 4 pm ET, open registration will close. All applications received by the deadline will be randomly selected for participation. Applications received after the deadline will be placed on the waitlist.

After the registration window has closed, please be patient. The registrar will email a notice to all accepted applicants. Accepted Applicants will receive an email requesting the Applicant to pay the Registration Fee. The registrar will periodically notify those on the waitlist of their position on that list. Please do not contact the hotel until you have received specific notification from the registrar to do so.
